A.Own Tissue

1.	TRAM flap Transverse Rectus Abdominis Myo-cutaneous Flap -> after TRAM flap operation
2.	Latissimus Dorsi Flap This is when a muscle is taken from the back and used, generally with an implant, to reconstruct the breast mound.

B. Prosthesis Expander
Reconstruction + prosthesis or
Prosthesis expander alone

Implant is placed beneath pectoral muscles

"Foreign body" means complications possible, especially infection or leakage, but very uncommon.

Gel containing modern implants are safer and more natural appearing and feeling than the older ones.
